  Questco is a well rounded company that offers a variety of HRO services. My husband's employer is a small business and they administer benefits for his direct employer as well as do payroll for us. There have been some payroll issues in the past, but these issues are starting to be balanced out by an improvement in the service given to employees. I wanted to give an updated review, as there are improvements made that have increased the rating. I see that W-2s will be made available online which is convenient. Annual Enrollment Materials were sent out when in the past they have not been, even when told that we would be receiving materials. The follow up from representatives at the call center could be a lot better, as could communication, but all and all I find Questco's employees to be friendly, even when I have an issue. I would recommend Questco at this point and time because they treat a small company like a large company, and have gone out of their way to help. I will give credit to where it's due because as frustrated as I've been, I do want to recognize when people are doing a decent enough job and offer better service.
